hello and thank you for using just answer. Was the light on prior to repair or just after? Also did you replace front or rear brakes? There is a sensor on the front and rear brake pads on each passenger side axle, depending on your production date there may be a total of 4 (1 on each caliper). Once the brake pads wear to the point of the sensor the indicator comes on and the sensor must be replaced, if you look closely you will see copper exposed on the sensor tip if the sensor has been opened/worn. If the sensors look good you can remove the connector and test for continuity through the sensor, if no continuity then replace each sensor that fails, can only be purchased from the Lexus dealer at a cost of $51 each and some aftermarket pads are not properly casted to accept the sensor.
