Hi, I own a Lexus IS200 2001 model.The problem I have is the Headlights do not operate correctly as they will not switch on only parking lights turn on. When I pull lever up for high beam the headlights turn on. I have checked fuses with nothing blown. Any ideas.

Hello and thank you for using just answer. Please clarify if you have a is 250/300 or 350? and what year? also do you have the HID headlamps. Please give me some clarification so I can bette serve you. Also did the bulbs go out while driving or when did you notice the failure? Any moisture in the headlamps or did you just have the vehicle detailed?
